The Fall From Grace

When we as children fall into sin, there is a process that God will use to bring you back into the fold.

This is found in Leviticus 26:14-39

If you are obedient Leviticus 26:1-13

If you repent Leviticus 26:40-46

We live under grace, yes, but sin that is not forgiven brings you back under the law.

For the law is the revealer of sin and without it we would not know sin.

Therefore we have to have the law and to know the law within our heart.

Then we can walk with the correction of the Holy Spirit.

For the Holy Spirit guides us into all truth, the truth of the Word.

For Jesus walked in the flesh through the Holy Spirit.

This is the way that we should walk, as walking in the Word.

This mentioned by Jesus and Paul.

The Prodigal Son. Luke 15:11-32  

The wages of sin is death. Romans 6

Lev 26:14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; 

We have a form of rewards and punishments.

If we are obedient and continue that path, the rewards increase in blessings.

If we disobey Gods law the punishments will increase until we repent.

God is very clear on both.

There are laws for the Spiritual and laws for the flesh.

The laws that are Spiritual we have to obey as Christians.

These are the 10 commandments.

Lev 26:15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:

And if ye shall despise my statutes,. Which is an aggravated sin; to be

negligent hearers of the commands of God is bad, not to be doers of them worse, but to treat them with contempt is worse still:

Abhor - 1. to detest. 2. (by implication) to reject.

To abhor them as bad things, not fit to be regarded.

That ye break my covenant; the covenant made with them at Sinai, when they promised, on their part, that they would hearken and be obedient, Ex 24:7.

 

Lev 26:16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

Terror - (panic, destruction).

Consumption - (emaciation. an excessively lean condition). You will not be able to even eat for the terror will consume your every thought.

Burning Ague - (inflammation, i.e. febrile disease). (Pertaining to fever). When your mind is overtaken with such fear for a period of time this will bring with it sickness.

 

That shall consume the eyes - (wear a complete veil). The only thing that can be seen is this.

 The eyes of your soul. It consumes your mind. Found also in Genesis 20:16 You have one thought and it's terror.

Cause sorrow of heart - Your flesh is consumed Terror. The eyes of your Soul are consumed. This terror makes it way down into your spirit. Then you are completely overtaken with terror. (Body, Soul and Spirit).
  
Ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. Everything you put your hand to will turn bad. You will come to the place where you think that everyone is against you. This will eat at you and eat at you. Your only hope is to repent. Death will come if you don't repent.

THE SEED (Word) that is in you will dry up and will no longer be able to grow.

GOD IS NOT FINISHED. HE WANTS YOU TO REPENT. HE WILL PUNISH YOU UNTIL YOU TURN. HE IS YOUR FATHER AND YOU ARE HIS CHILD. 

  Lev 26:17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.

I will set my face against you - This is not just to do something without God but He will be against you meaning that anything you go to do it will be much harder and it will not prosper. (NO HOPE)

ye shall be slain before your enemies - Slain = smitten, struck before your enemies, God is telling you that you will be made an example of. Your enemies will see this and know that this from God the creator and it will be a witness of His Great Power.

they that hate you shall rule over you - When the country and/or person is made to rule over you, when you are a example. there is nothing more humbling.

ye shall flee when none pursueth you. - This is like a dream, running from nothing. always thinking that someone is out to get you. Looking over your Shoulder, paranoid. Makes me think about a drug addict, always in a state of paranoia.

Lev 26:18 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

This is just the first round of punishment. God will continue 7 more times until you repent. This continues for a while, 7 more and 7 more, on and on. 
I HOPE this is far as it goes for anybody, because it just gets worse and worse.

God has unspeakable Love for his children, and will stop at nothing to get back into the fold. If we will just turn to Him and take that step, He will do as the Prodigal son.

Luke 15:20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.

What Love we have that the creator of the universe has this kind Love for His children. Just reading this over I myself am humbled at the level of Love and to the great lengths God goes too, to get us back. We are His children and in His great kingdom, Praise be to His Holy Name.
