Let us break away from the everyday of watching T.V. This can and will turn into your idol. Pick up the Word of God and let God reveal Himself to you. The more you read His Word the more you will hear Him and see Him work in your life. The only way you will get revelation from Jesus is through His Word. Revelation will bring Spiritual Life into your body. His Love will grow and your desires will change for the Kingdom and soon you will be working for our Lord as the apostles you are reading about. The joy and peace of salvation will rein in your life. You will soon realize that can cannot live without the reading of His Word everyday. Go slow and ask God what is He talking about. You will soon see God move upon you to show you Himself in the Word.
